Light and durable.
Nice and light. My wife has used these on long mountain treks. Sometimes, she only uses one, but they work as a pair as well.

These poles are very good for day treking or walks in the city. They are sturdy and easy to adjust. I recommend buying rubber covers for the tips if you use the in the city.

Lightweight and easy to adjust trekking poles that are just what my bad knee needed to hike on
Lightweight but sturdy and easy to adjust. I have a bad knee (ACL/cartilage past surgery with replacement coming some day) and still want to hike and not just walk on boring flatland so my orthopedic surgeon recommended I get some walking poles. I have a very steep in/out trail a few blocks from my house in SoCal and these are perfect to provide that little extra for my bad knee. Thanks for bringing my hike back!

Strong, light weight and adjustable.
Light weight, strong and adjustable I've given them to elderly friends as walking sticks. In the winter the sharp end will come in handy on ice and you can buy rubber tips for other seasons.

Peut mieux faire, notamment au niveau de l'embout de la pointe qui s'est enlevée laissant le tube à nu. ( Après 3 semaines de grosse rando tout de même ). Convient parfaitement pour randos ou balades tranquilles.
