The order shipped to me pretty quickly within a week and a half. When I first opened it I noticed the seal was halfway open. I emailed the seller and they sent me another product free with no questions asked. When I got the second product I realized that the glue for the seal seemed weak and figured that's why my first product came the way it did. The smell is pleasantly sweet and the product clears my face and leaves it soft. I use it when my face is wet so a little goes a long way for me and I don't use more than the size of a penny at a time. It has lasted me quite a while. The only thing I don't like about the product is that it leaves a tinted residue after I use it. I use it in the shower so its easy for me to just gently wipe it off with a wet washcloth but I can understand how this would be annoying if you were just washing your face only and didn't have a wet cloth on hand. Overall I would buy this again.

I like the charcoal body scrub, although I use it for my face. I have T-zone oily skin and along the jawline have dark spots from plucking short hairs to hard.The grains seemed a bit harsh at first, but then you have to learn how to let the product do the work it's meant to do. We're not washing dishes here! A gentle hand in circular motion is all that's necessary. You'll love the results!The intended use for the oily skin control works well, but of course the dark spots will take more time. I have noticed that the scrub leaves the skin smoother, softer without dryness, which would allow the chin hair growth to grow outward, therefore less hair bumps! Whoohoo!

I love the smell. It’s a faint smell kind of fruity floral but very light. It feels good. It arrived with the seal broken but I live in rural Alaska so it’s a hassle to return. So I kept it. I like it...I would recommend it. It is more gritty than other scrubs I have used. It feels very sandy and it will leave a residue on my white towels that is black but it always washes out. Overall I like it. I would order it again.

As a guy, I always just used that cheap apricot scrub stuff if I felt I needed it. Recently, I was talking to a massage therapist, and she recommended I use a charcoal/sugar scrub, which might help the occasion razor burn and bumps I sometimes get (when used before shaving). So, I looked online, and got this.Gotta say, I'm surprised. After use, my face feels smoother than it did when I was an infant, I'm sure of it. Great product, and also soothes skin (odd to say since it's a scrub, but this is what I've experienced).Solid product.

I've only used this scrub twice now and already love it. The smell is great, consistency is perfect (not too oily - I've definitely used other scrubs that have a lot of oil), and I'm obsessed with the fact that it's organic and made with clean ingredients. I love the way it makes my skin feel. It exfoliates (perfect for dry winter) and moisturizes at the same time. Their customer service team even took the time to personally reach out and make sure I was satisfied with my order, which was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

As a childcare provider, I wash my hands constantly and they dry out quickly. This scrub brought moisture back to them with one use. The scrub has a clean scent to it and is a dryer scrub but left my hands with a soft feeling. Some of the driest areas feel super soft now. I can’t wait to see how it helps through the winter months.

This product dies my skin a blackish blue color and it never feels like it is completely rinsed off my skin. It leaves a weird greasy film feel on my skin.*Update* After posting a bad review, the company sent me a free product that was similar without me even asking. It was definitely better, I would buy it again.

I have really enjoyed using this product on my face, as it pulls the impurities out and leaves my skin glowing! Really happy with these results. It hasn't made any difference in cellulite on my thighs though, but I have only had the product for a few weeks.
