I am a petite woman with a smallish head/face (compared to normal adult-sized items), but not so small that I necessarily fit in child sizes. These goggles were comfortable and fit perfectly. They did fog up a little; however, I did NOT use any of the tricks to prevent it from happening (anti-fogger spray, toothpaste, burning the inside film, etc.). It was fine though because I was just snorkeling and it was easy to give them a quick rinse whenever I needed.
