This w.as one of 5 herbs I needed to make a Stress Relief tea. I was happy with the quality and size.

I like it because it helps one to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night However The taste is rather bitter.

Great quality. I use it as a sedative and sleep aid. Went right to sleep.

The hops smell bad. A little like normal hops, but instead of being fruity or any other positive description I would say more like feet or cheese. They are brown in color, but look normal in texture. Amazon says they are not eligible for return, so avoid this company's hops.
