Bluetooth doesn't work

This product states in the instructions to connect via the app using Bluetooth. The issue is, this product doesn't broadcast a Bluetooth signal. So, I'm trying to schedule manually, however, the instructions don't tell a user how to program manually. Chinese instructions and not clear.

Difficult to impossible to setup.

QR codes are invalid. Poor pamphlet instructions. Can’t be found on Bluetooth to add the device. I’ve spent way too much time dealing with this. Do I have a defective machine? No customer service number. All help through email. Buttons on front are not functional.
