Hi babes. 5’1 - 138lb - short torso girly here, my weight fluctuates a lot. I came here to tell you that this is the mf belt I’ve been looking for! I’ve bought so many belts and have returned all of them bc they just didn’t do it for me. This one is 1) easy to put on/take off 2) HELLA freaking cute *it’s more of a pearlescent baby pink rather than a bubble gum pink* 3) has a soft padding on the back inside area. Being that I have a short torso, some belts were uncomfortable, but not this one!! I felt incredibly supported and it helped me push the extra weight on my squats. I purchased the pink colored weight lifting belt for my daughter, She is thoroughly enjoying her personalized weight lifting belt. I was a body builder in my younger days and insisted on my daughter using a weight lifting belt during her body building exercises. She agreed and has loved the ease of putting the weightlifting belt on as well as the color( she definitely did not want a plain looking belt like I her Father used to wear,so color coordination is very important to my style conscience young daughter. This is a really nice, real leather weight lifting belt for women in a super cute color. Unfortunately, the 4" width in front hits my hips and rib cage and hurts, due to my being slender and short-waisted, despite being taller than average for a female. I need to return it and look for no more than a 2-3" wide lifting belt. But I still highly recommend to anyone whose body could wear it. Very good quality and value. RECOMMEND

Just starting using this belt and it’s amazing!! Fits perfectly and it feels nice like quality material. Definitely make sure of your measurements before deciding which size to buy. It is also very durable and it’s pretty easy to adjust. I would recommend 10/10!
