Great but customer service is almost inexistant
Took me days to get an answer on how to reduce the travel on the chain. Email in documentation is deactivated, didn't get any answer on a question here on Amazon. Finally got a partial answer on the chat feature on their website. Here's what I figured out: cut the chain and everything works fine.
