I bought 2 of these for a recent church event. We had always struggled to make good looking pancakes that were uniform. This dispenser made us look like pros. I like the simple design. The dispenser comes with multiple tips to help you fine tune the size of your pancakes. You’ll learn the size is determined by the thickness of your batter, the size of the tip and how long you hold the trigger on the dispenser. The trigger is a little stiff, but you need the spring tension to prevent batter from leaking when it's at rest. It will drip a little, just put the holder on a plate to catch the little bit that drips. Clean up is a breeze IF you clean it while the batter is still fresh. If you let it sit until the batter dries you will have a mess and you’ll want to let it soak before cleaning. Don't expect perfection on your first try.
