I always buy this basswood for all my projects/crafts. I have tried basswood from other sellers/companies, and this has always been the best, Cuts pretty easy with my laser, which is what I like best. I think other companies use a different kind of glue which makes theirs harder to cut with a laser, this IS plywood so there are three layers glued together.( I think it is three ) It has a smooth surface, so really no sanding needed. Very little warping, really the only time I have had a problem with warping is when humidity is high, other than that no real problems. This is the one I will always buy.

Product listed as 12”x12”, but its actually 11 3/4”x 11 3/4”. Not a big deal unless you specifically need 12”x12”. Kinda a petty way for the manufacturer to save money i think. But not a deal breaker. I’ve ordered these a few times. No real complaints. I’ve only ever received one plank in a pack that had issues- it was pretty warped with a broken corner but the broken corner was small enough it didn’t matter and i just needed to use strong enough magnets to hold the plank flat. I use them to cut out small detail pieces for wooden models, dioramas etc and they work great with my 10w diode laser. 4/5 ⭐️

Although I don't buy this item very often it is a quality product and I am certain that I will purchase again.

These did not work for my Cricut Maker 4. Even though on the material selection this wood type is an option, it still did not cut through. I bought these to cut out decals and make letters. Spent hours recutting and still nothing. I’m sure they work for lasers but not for what I needed.

Received in good condition and clean. Once i burn the first sheet will update the review
