Let's jump in the features...WOW FACTOR!The first thing I noticed once I unboxed it was the craftsmanship of the panel. It is beautiful, well-made, high-quality materials, even better looking than the pictures and a surprising (but very welcome and satisfying) weight. This shower panel is built to last (see supporting reviews). Of course there are a few shortcuts with some of the components (inevitable), but not where it really counts.Installation Alert (and not because of the panel)!Do yourself a favour and watch some of the YouTube installation videos. The installation, with proper measurement and tools, looks fairly doable, right?. So the description is accurate and I gave it 5 stars on that basis. But the one thing that made me stop doing it myself: drilling into tiles. You have to have the right drill bit, and a steady hand, and really know what you are doing. I called a plumber after that; I was not taking a chance that the tile would break or crack. Plus the added incentive from the company to maintain warranty status if installed by a professional.I was very much rewarded with this decision, because where the unit was installed, the tiles are not completely level and straight (slight curvature), so the plumber and me had to do some finessing. So remember, if this is a replacement (instead of new because you are renovating), it's never a perfect scenario afterwards (take heed condo dwellers like myself, this is a recurring theme with appliances and other installations!). Totally worth the money to have an expert install the unit.Second Impression: It looks FANTASTIC!Once we were done, it looked better than I had imagined! Friends were impressed as well... But even better, the plumber commented on it as well. The fact that he thought I had paid well over $1,000 for it just kept reinforcing I had made the right choice! And yes, it is true that other hardware stores sell this unit at 3X the price listed here.Drum Roll: FIRST USE!When you marry Design with Function, this is where your experience is basically elevated. And the first time I was finally able to use the shower, the luxury experience was achieved. There are over 2,000 plus reviews you can read through for additional details. I'm just giving the sum of the total experience. Perfect.Bonus Impression: ServiceFifteen days later, the panel was at a lower price with a coupon. I contacted the seller, and no muss no fuss, they refunded me the difference. Just like that. It is such a rare thing today that the service you receive is without compromise, frustration and fast and frankly achieves both surprise and delight! Now that is how you maintain your brand, and stand behind your products.Keep doing your research because it's important, but the level of stars here is not by accident. An easy 5++ stars for me, and as you have gathered, for many others as well...

Heaven on Earth!!! This shower head is sooooooooooo awesome!! We purchased a different model that was much 'simpler' looking, but it ended up not working out for a multitude of reasons. At the time, we thought we were in love with that model and didn't want one that looked like this - but we were so wrong! This particular shower-head was so easy to install (per our contractor) - there was only a hot and cold connect and everything else was already assembled. The mirrored front and the mirrored shower head go great with a classic or modern decor. The options are phenomenal and we love that even the handheld as multiple options! We put this in a 36" x 42" shower and were concerned it would be too small for this massive shower head, but it works fine. We did end up adding additional shower guards on our glass doors to stop the few droplets that got out from the body sprays, but that's all. We have only two complaints: 1. You can't use more than one option at a time. I don't know that this is necessary, but my kids, husband and I all like to party! So I think that having the option to have the body sprays and rain head on would be awesome. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to think about. The 2nd thing, and probably the more major issue, is that when you are switching from one option to another, you are pelted with freezing cold water. It doesn't matter if you've had the shower running for two days, or if you tried to be smart and run all of the options for a little before you got in, the water flow simply sits in the instruments until they are used and the water gets colder and colder while you're using another option. It is jolting, to say the least, when you switch it to the wrong thing and aren't expecting it - like in the morning when you just wake up and turn it to the body jets instead of the handheld that you've come to learn to face away from you! With that said though, we wouldn't trade it for the world! It is literally our favorite piece in our new bathroom and for the price, compared to much more expensive models, you can't get any better. We have had the shower head installed and in use for about 6 months now and we haven't had any leaking or rust stains like I've read in some of the reviews. We were hesitant because we weren't sure what kind of customer service we would get if we were to have an issue, but we haven't had anything yet. Take the plunge - you won't regret it!!!

I was pretty hesitant to buy this without being able to check it out in person, since it needs installation before being able to determine if it’s really good or not. Luckily, this was a big win. It’s solid, and pretty easy to install (disclosure: my spouse is in the trades, so maybe a bit better positioned for this than average). The only complaint is that the actual mounting bracket was decreed “a bit flimsy” for his taste, so he punched it up proactively. All three water output options (shower, body sprays, handheld) put out plenty of pressure. Note - there IS water flow restriction inside, which can be removed. Also note that the digital temperature is a FYI only - not a setting. It would be a bonus if there was a way to lock in your preferred temperature (my previous shower panel was able to do that), but overall I’m extremely happy with this unit.
