Where can i buy the water plants? I look up patho but they are in soil. I want a couple different options but don't want to have a potted plant as wel

Pothos of any kind will grow in dirt or water as shown here. Go to store and buy pothos in a pot. Take ut home and cut off a couple vines with several leaves. Place the cut end in water. It will grow new roots. Keep the water level up. And once a month add a few drops of liquid plant food.

Pothos. The common office plant you can cut an end off of, put in water and grow roots. Super easy to care for. Once it gets too big, cut the end off and put it back in the water and continue growing it.

Can you put dirt in them? I wanted to hang house plants but unsure if it would be too heavy?

Put some horticultural charcoal in the bottom first. It will help the plants drain properly and prevent mold or fungus.
