A: These do come up fairly large and I went for the L-XL and am 186cm with 44 chest 
Depends how much room you want inside the garment to change in. I would if purchasing another try the S-M and exchange if too small

A: I am 5'8" and eleven stone and I have the S/M which is plenty roomy for me to 'change' in. I can't remember if it is a men's or if they are unisex but they are a generous fit. Hope this is helpful.
