Rosemary does promote healthy hair growth, but this is not pure rosemary as it has other ingredients in it. Try 100% pure rosemary essential oil. (You can find it on amazon anywhere from $4-$10 dollars). You can get a spray bottle, pour half a cup of warm water and mix in 10-15 drops of pure rosemary essential oil, shake it well an spray all over damp hair and then massage into scalp for a good 10 mins. The smell of rosemary is strong but it promotes hair growth and conditions the hair itself wonderfully. You can also add a few drops of pure peppermint oil for better results. Peppermint promotes circulation in the scalp too, so the two combined works wonders. The weleda is a good scalp and hair conditioner, but you'll see better growth results with the pure oils.

Is this for hair or body? It says hair conditioner but review's say they use it on their body?

I use it on my body. It is a nice moisturizer and sinks in to the skin amazingly.

Is this to be used as a daily conditioner or a treatment product? How do you use it?

If used as a conditioning treatment, I would use this once a week or however often that you was your hair. I personally use this product to moisturize my scalp. Dependent upon your needs, this can be used for whatever purposes you desire.
