Put a very wet looking shine on our stamped concrete. Very pleased and easy to apply!

The durability of this product is short.
I applied Clemons Concrete Coatings SuperSeal25 Semi-Gloss Sealer two and a half years ago on my patio, porch and front walkway. The sealer lasted one year and then it began to wear off significantly. However, I do live where it snows during the winter, so I would not recommend this product for those who live in areas that have four seasons. Furthermore, this product gives off an extremely strong pungent odor during the application, and the odor infiltrated into my house. I had to leave my home for one day so that the odor had time to dissipate.
