Junk recycled plastics
Kask Hardware for the Super Plasma is EXTREMELY FRAGILE, whatever you do, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN hardware thinking general use will cause them to loosen (which does indeed happen). Just get things snug & use thread locker wherever possible. In the matter of 4 months I've gone through two 2 visors @$70+, 2 sets of visor screws (which can only be purchased with the visor mounts) & 1 set of these ear pro mounts (which can only be purchased in pairs). So much for American made quality.. what a bunch of frauds.. Whats infuriating is, the gigantic Protos space helmets I have are years old, get thrown around & beat to crap daily by wreckless employees, yet nothing major has broken on them. I really don't understand how the Kask name ever became synonymous with quality, whether it be Italian or more recently American made.. Additionally, you can sometimes see in some really old photos Kask used to use Metal thumb style screws for the visor mounts & didnt require these cheap/brittle adapters for the ear pro. Just like everything else these days, when a company constantly virtue signals their green initiatives & recycled materials used in the product, the product goes to crap.
