I've been taking Adreno-mend for nearly a year now, and I believe that it's really helped me turn my health around. I was experiencing significant adrenal fatique, and after consulting a host of MDs and APRNs, an ND, an OD, and a variety of holistic practitioners (some of whom helped a little and some who did not), I actually found it through my own research. I looked up each Adreno-mend ingredient online, and felt that the combination was just what I needed.Aside from the fact that I have more energy, sleep better, have a stronger immune system and am healthier all around, I like that Adreno-mend is herbal, so it's stimulating and supporting MY body's adrenal production--rather than trying to substitute the dried, processed, dead adrenal gland of some poor animal for the stuff my system wasn't producing (this was also important to me as a vegetarian).I took this according to the directions (starting off on 2 caps/day, then increasing to 4), but when I stopped after several months, I felt that my health took a downturn. The directions mention that it can be used long-term. Using kinesiology (take it or leave it, but it's been uncannily accurate for me), I decided to continue on a maintenance dose of 2-3 caps/day. I don't know how long this will feel necessary for me, but for now it's right.It's important to note that during the time I've been taking Adreno-mend, I've also made a lot of changes in how I take care of myself, based largely on the Abraham-Hicks teachings--meditation/visualization and spiritual practice, getting enough sleep, breath work, eating well, drinking plenty of water, etc.In other words, I've taken responsibility for the fact that my adrenal system didn't become weak and fatiqued for no reason, and Adreno-mend has been PART of a comprehensive approach I've taken to restore my health. I'd recommend this product to anyone experiencing adrenal challenges, but I'd also encourage looking at the causes, and making whatever changes might be called for to alleviate stress on the system. :o)5/31/13 Two year update: I've continued taking Adrenomend, 2 caps a day, and still think it's an excellent product. However, I just can't see any justification for the price increase (from $33 to $52 in the last 18 months), and so am going to try my own "blend" based on some additional research (many thanks to all the other Amazon reviewers!): Jarrow Formulas Ashwagandha 225mg, 120 Veggie Capsules (this is listed as "Sensoril" on the Adreno-mend ingredient list); Nature's Way Schizandra Fruit, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2) (Schisandra is the first Adreno-mend ingredient); and NOW Foods Rhodiola Rhodiola Rosea, 60 Capsules / 500mg (Pack of 2) (Rhodiola rosea is the third ingredient in Adreno-mend). The potencies aren't necessarily exactly the same as what I've been taking in the Adreno-mend, but at less than half the cost-per-day, it definitely seems worth trying! I'll try to remember to post an update in a few months. I talked about my realization that I felt like the ashwagandha, schizandra and rhodiola (which I've been continuing to take separately since the price of Adreno-mend went up initially) were helping to bolster my adrenal system, but that I'd continued to tax my adrenals through my stress response patterns (basically: anxiety resulting in illness). I also shared about a product that was very helpful initially in helping me relax and avoid flooding my system with adrenalin (stress response), but which then, like Adreno-mend, became prohibitively expensive -- and how I've again chosen to purchase/take the main ingredients separately, at a greatly reduced cost, with great individual results. I still think Adreno-mend is a really good (if somewhat overpriced) product, and it's definitely helped me, but it wasn't the whole solution and I feel even "more better" now that I've been addressing my anxiety/stress response. I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! I am perimenopausal and I was having many symptoms including night sweats, insomnia, depression, mood swings, and reduced libido. For several months ( prior to starting the estromend supplement), I was taking several supplements daily to relieve my symptoms. I was taking Estrotone, estrosense, vitex, b complex, fish oil,etc. while these supplements did relieve symptoms, I hated taking so many daily supplements. I initially took 2 estromend daily for 2 weeks and now 4 daily which I will take for 2 months before dropping back down to the recommended daily dose of 2 per day. Right now, I am currently only taking the estromend, fish oil, and bioresponse DIM. I feel so fabulous. I have a feeling of well being and I feel normal again. My husband and I are enjoying each other again because I am not moody and easily irritated. It feels wonderful to feel so good again and to not have to take so many supplements which I hated. I hope this review will help others. I will update again in a few more weeks to let you know if the supplement is still working for me but so far so good!!

Amazing combination of high quality, effective adrenal/cortisol/serotonin/norepinephrine/gaba/glutamate/brain nerve growth factor regulating vegan adaptogen. I've used many products by many good brands, but this product actually makes me forget to take my Ativan for anxiety. Never had that strong of an effect from an herbal before. Highly recommend. Very potent percentages of actives including rosavins and withanolides compared to other brands. I do not usually respond to supplements or placebos, but I did respond very positively to this supplement.

I don't know why but this product helps my peri-menopause symptoms. I don't have the fatigue or stress and the horrible "fog" that is felt during this phase of life. I started by taking 4 pills a day until I felt better then moved to 2 in the morning. I have tried to go down to 1 but I still need 2. I will take these as long as I have to! This was truly a miracle for me.

I haven't personally noticed any difference or improvement in my health using this product. I will not purchase again.

Great product. Highly recommended this one if you are looking to restore your adrenal system.

I tried this a year ago when it was recommended by a top trainer at my gym. I followed the directions and went through one bottle. It made a significant difference, helping me to regain my energy. My energy recently started dropping, and I could tell it was time to get back on AdrenoMend. The company is great; they sent it to me quickly in great condition. This is a wonderful, healthy product that I highly recommend!

I did not dislike Anything. I love the fact it help with my menopausal problems. Stress is the cause of my menopause so this product help with the stress level and get my hormones levels down.
