It does the job. Needed protein to help with weightlifting. The taste is OK as what can you expect from a protein shake. I will note that I do a subscription for this product and have noticed that the taste is not consistent. So beware of that

I like the dark chocolate version of this a bit more, but this is good as well. I've tried chocolate, dark chocolate, and strawberry, and this chocolate is the best. I had this on a subscribe 'n save for a while and didn't get tired of it.

I struggle with appetite, and there are days I absolutely have no interest in food. I still have to eat and these are a good way for me to get some nutrition when I can't face having an actual meal. I do wish they made the protein heavy ones in this size, but I have these on autodelivery and I do not regret it.

These Atkins shakes have a better taste than some I have tried. The chocolate is nice and smooth with no gritty texture. A good drink if you want a protein boost with low carbs and sugar. The only downfall is that I am concerned a bit about some of the ingredients like corn fiber.
