The sling was easy to adjust and I really liked the security features (I used it in the subways of many cities known for pickpockets). It held a lot more than I anticipated, which made it great when I did a little shopping while walking around. The only drawback is the pouch on the front of the sling, which I used for carrying my sunglasses. It could use one more security zip on the zipper that is on the outside center of the pack (which would also be the easiest to steal from, so don't place anything valuable in that pocket.
