Breathable and has a good stretch. However, if you have sensitive skin it might not work for you. If you are prone to rashes and get irrirated often from heat, rubbing or shaving along the waistline and lower stomach, the seams on the inside are located in the worst spot. They can go from mildly irritating to unbearable if you are having a bad reaction.
