I usually wear my regular underwear I have owned since each pregnancy I’ve had I haven’t really had any issues until I’m about to pop but my 3rd and 4th pregnancies which were girls I did get swollen more down there and my usually underwear would dig into me and even when buying certain maternity underwear the stitching would dig into also so I wanted to find some that went under the belly (since my belly gets super sensitive to anything during pregnancy) and I wanted to prevent having to not wear my underwear at all in the 3rd trimester which I had to do a few times because it was so uncomfortable but these are perfect I am 4’11 and 97 lbs at 20weeks with my 4th baby and I ordered a small and they fit great they aren’t too loose at the top which is an issue I’ve had before with others and it doesn’t dig into my thighs down there. These make me happy😊

Great product. I bought in my 2nd trimester and these are still the most comfortable in 3rd... Highly recommend. In terms of sizing, I was a size S before pregnancy, so that's the one I ordered.

These are good quality pregnancy underwear, its affordable and does the job. Breathable and has a good stretch. However, if you have sensitive skin it might not work for you. If you are prone to rashes and get irrirated often from heat, rubbing or shaving along the waistline and lower stomach, the seams on the inside are located in the worst spot. They can go from mildly irritating to unbearable if you are having a bad reaction. If it weren't for that I would have loved these as it fit well under my pregnancy bump, stayed in place (no wedgies) and were a good price.

These are very comfortable and fit perfectly under the belly. I wish I found these during my first pregnancy. True to size as well.
