What's the difference between the packaging ?

Mine comes from a small business sealed to fit with bubble wrap for this item it will be sent in a box wrapped tight and sent off ASAP

This toy only says wow and woah! makes laser sounds and lift off sounds. no qr code. how do you get phrases?

My 2yr old grandson loves Buzz LightYear. I think it well worth the price.
