When I received the sign, the white letters were smeared off onto the black wood so it looked messy and was barely legible. It was like the letters were written with sidewalk chalk where I could smear it with my hand just by touching it. Terrible quality! I emailed the seller and was told I would receive a replacement. TWO MONTHS later and I still have not received a replacement, or any type of response to my follow-up emails. I am disappointed in the product as well as their terrible customer service. I don’t think I’ll ever get a response or a replacement. What a waste of time and money.
