Review: Great system! - I bought this system to upgrade the backup/rear view system in my motorhome. The Voyager system that came in the motorhome was black and white, and had developed some problems recently. The Dallux system is much less expensive than the Voyager system, has a larger monitor, is in color, and the definition is much better. Like the Voyager, it provides for the capability of a second camera input, and the camera that came with it provides night vision capability. It also comes with a remote control, which is nice because of where I located the monitor. The system was easy to install, and I'm totally pleased. I highly recommend this product. Also, the vendor has been fantastic with followup and offers to help as needed so it's been a very good buying experience.

Once you get this system installed it is reliable. No lost signals like the wireless systems. Installing this system, however, requires some familiarity with automotive wiring. I installed this on a pickup truck and fifth wheel camper. I added a cigarette lighter plug on the power wires and cut the cable at the rear bumper of the truck and added a 4 wire connector so the trailer can be disconnected. I like the fact that the one plug in the cab supplies power to the whole system including the camera on the back of the trailer. For the first time, I can now see cars behind me and when I pass a car I can tell if it is safe to pull back into the right lane.
