I was impressed with the finish, it's super smooth, very lightweight, looks fantastic and it comes with a very nice packaging. My father loved it as well, he's been wearing it nonstop. The only complaint he had is that it was pretty hard to take some links apart to make it fit. The watch comes with a little tool and instructions on how to remove links, however the job doesn't get done with a "few light taps" as the instructions suggest, more like hard hammering.
