Ohuhu Alcohol Markers 216 Brush & Fine Art Set Refillable

picked these up to get into sketching a bit more and they’ve been a solid set so far. good mix of colours, not just random shades you’ll never use, you actually get a decent range to work with. build quality is better than expected. pens feel light but not cheap, caps click on properly and haven’t dried out which is always the worry with markers. the brush tip is the standout. nice bit of flexibility without feeling floppy, makes blending and shading easier. fine tip is useful for outlines and smaller details. performance is really good for the price. colours go down smooth, blend reasonably well, and you don’t get loads of streaking if you layer properly. only downside is like most alcohol markers they will bleed through paper, so you need to use the right type or put something underneath. also a couple colours are quite similar, but that happens with most sets. for the price though, very good value for money. great starter or mid-level set that does more than you’d expect without costing loads.

I just love that there are no markers lines when filling in areas! There is minimal bleed thru on some heavier weight paper (180gsm). See pictures. If you are concerned about bleed thru, or are using lighter weight paper, use the plastic slip sheet provided to see if you actually need it. It's great, (not that I needed it). The ink flows so smoothly. I've used alcohol based markers in the past but these are next level for colouring! For your first project, fill in the swatch sheet provided. This is better than a pre-printed version because the lines are representative of how hard or softly you press on the tips. I haven't needed it yet, but the brush tip is reversible if it becomes ragged and the markers are refillable! What? Like who does that???? I got the 48-count set and the colours are vibrant and there's a blender marker included. Can't go wrong! Highly, highly, highly, recommend them. Worth the price. I will never use another brand of markers.

I bought these mainly for adult colouring books and illustration practice and they’ve been excellent. The colour selection is fantastic, with a really good range of shades and the markers themselves feel great quality. The brush tip is smooth and easy to control, while the fine tip is really useful for smaller details. The colouring performance is lovely in real use. They blend really well even without using the blender (especially similar tones), and they dry quickly, which means no smudging on your hand or sleeve while working. I’ve had no issues with leakage, and the markers feel durable enough for regular use. A really thoughtful extra is the silicone-type protective sheet included to place under your page, as alcohol markers do bleed through (as all alcohol markers do). The swatch card is also great quality and genuinely useful. My only minor complaint is that the carry case could be sturdier, though it does the job. Overall, really good value for money and a brilliant set if you want quality markers without spending a fortune.

These are my first Ohuhu purchase and I got the 72 set. I thought the colour selection looked decent enough to start with but was not so costly if I did not like them. However, my expectations were exceeded. I've tried cheaper alcohol markers like Decotime- which have terrible brush nibs. I've also tried a limited range of more expensive Copic markers and Promarkers and I can honestly say, these Ohuhu pens are the nicest to use. My only regret, looking at the enclosed leaflet is not starting with the 120 set, as I could build on that with smaller sets without getting duplicates, but, I will definitely be getting add on sets. I found this set to be lacking a pale pink, browns and a bright yellow, but the colours are really nice. I also noticed that they dry completely flat, blend and layer well and are streak free. Cheaper pens tend to make the paper crunchy and bumpy when dry- these look like a printed page. Beautiful -a joy to use! I was worried that Ohuhu alcohol markers were over rated, but I am so happy to be able to say believe the hype- they are amazing.

Love them, though a bit disappointed that some were dry. Thought 💭 they would be top for the price I paid with no problem. Though really lovely to use. Colours great

This is the first time I have used Ohuhu brand. The set feels premium quality, at a good price. The barrels and chunky which makes them easier to hold. The colour selection of the 24 pack was very good. Not just primary or standard colours, but a comprehensive small selection. The ink is quite juicy, and not streaky on the paper. They do bleed through the page a lot, as with all alcohol markers. They have cas with colour numbers and names on the ends. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a zipped carry case, a plastic sheet to go under the paper to stop bleedthrough, and a colour swatch card that was relevant for the set I bought. I can't comment on durability, as I've only just started using them. They do seem of good quality though.

Was bit dubious when ordering these because all my markers are Ohuhu Honolulu B but these are Honolulu B 2 but I shouldn't have been the colours are exactly the same as the Honolulu B set the only difference to me was the little notch on the lids which are amazing so much easier to get off so Im very happy with these .

I recently bought the Ohuhu alcohol markers and I’m really impressed with the quality. The colors are vibrant, smooth, and blend beautifully on paper. Die Ohuhu Honolulu 2B Stifte bieten eine wunderschöne Farbauswahl und lassen sich sehr gut miteinander vermischen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass sie bei normalem Druck kaum unschöne Streifen hinterlassen. Dadurch kann man richtig schöne Bilder gestalten, die fast wie gedruckt aussehen. Wichtig ist allerdings, nicht zu fest aufzudrücken, da sonst leichte Streifen entstehen können. Mit etwas weniger Druck lassen sich die Farben gleichmäßiger auftragen. Der Colorless Blender sorgt zusätzlich für weiche Farbübergänge, und der Color Swatch ist sehr praktisch, um die verschiedenen Farben vorab auszuprobieren. Die Farben sind wirklich wunderschön, und meine Kinder sind total begeistert. Insgesamt bieten die Stifte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können sie weiterempfehlen.
