This is a world where humans keep beasts and beasts obey humans. When Reiji, the neglected second-born son of a wealthy family, is gifted a beastman caretaker, he never imagines that the serious and loyal Tsubaki would become his closest friend and confidant. Knowing that his growing desires for his companion is forbidden, Reiji resolves to never give voice to his secret yearning... until the day he comes across Tsubaki suffering and overwhelmed from his heat and the two of them spend a night together that changes everything. What does Tsubaki mean when he says that he and Reiji are now mated...? And can Reiji really claim to love someone so beholden to him, and can the two of them find their way in a society that rejects their relationship? This book contains sexual content and is intended for an audience aged 18 years and up. Review: No issues with the format - This manga is very short, only 4 chapters. So the author inserted a bonus story about unrelated characters, followed by a bonus story about Reiji and Tsubaki after the end of Chapter 4, and (digital exclusive) a snippet about the start of their sexual relationship. I saw one review that said this was jarring, but I had no issues with it, since it flashed out the length of the book and gave it more value for the price. The bonus story with unrelated characters is set in contemporary Japan and there are no beastmen, but one of the characters is constantly draw with cat features to symbolize his personality. In that regard, the stories have a loose thematic tie. I liked both sets of characters and thought the plot lines had sufficient conflict for the length of the stories. Review: Best manga by far….. - This is in my opinion the best boy love manga I’ve read so far on desertcart. Just wish there was more. There’s another story altogether in the manga that’s also cute but irrelevant to the main story. The story and plot are very well put together and well written. I just wanted more…… it’s was just so good. Especially with beast men.

Cute story a another bonus cute story.
I enjoyed reading the story and found the ending adorable. The only reason I give a four start rating instead of a five is because I found the chapter that depicts the conflict of story a let down. Other than that, the rest of the story was great. The bonus story included at the end was also very sweet.

Amazing story wish there was more
This is mostly uncensored, it has a great plot, it also made my heart all warm and fuzzy, great job at explaining how their world works. It even had a good ending, i only say i wish there was more because i feel like the story couldve taken it to a whole other level.

Beautiful!
It's a touching story and is all over in one book so you don't have to worry about cliffhangers. The art in itself is beautiful and the sweet romance between the two male leads has me returning to read it at least once every month lol. Would highly recommend

Loved it
This was cute and very enjoyable. It was inevitable that the two main characters would fall in since being so close as children.

weak storyline and mid artwork
Paper thin plot and really repetitive dialogue. Wouldn’t recommend. I won’t be picking up any more volumes by this creator.

Nice little story.
I'm not sure if there will be a 2nd part to this manga "Be My Love, My Lord" but tbh, it doesn't need it. The story was nice and compact, there is a good start middle and end. It starts a little moraly dubeause, but it sort it's self out by the happy ending. There is a another story that's not annoying and cute, the whole manga ends with a wonderfl epilog. This manga was cheep for me and well worth it. the artwork is nice and the story carries the feels ^_^ Also, this M/M manga does have the main chara as kids, but nothing happens till they are all nice and grown! no schools involved.

Be my love, my lord
I was looking through some of my Tokyo pop mangas and I came across this manga. I went to some bookstores near me but they didn’t sell this manga so I saw that Amazon did and I bought it. This manga is one on my manga wish list of mangas to get.

The book was in good condition but the story was meh
The adult parts of the story were good but the idea of giving a child another child as a pet gives a slavery vibe and that's not good. the story could have easily have been a butler situation instead, then there would have been adult consent involved. Still a power play situation but not as bad. The book is split into 3 parts, 2 of the larger story and a small story in the middle of them, so the layout of the book is odd.
