It works really well
This works very well for my six-year-old grandson cough and cold. It’s very runny so it’s easy for young kids to swallow. My grandson has a gag reflex so any thick syrup be medicine is hard for him.

Beware of expired products
Double check the expiration date. I received 2 bottles that expired 3 months ago. Otherwise syrup is great. Ugh.
