Zhou Nutrition Bloat Blast+ - Gluten Free, Vegan - 30 Veggie Capsules

I’ve had stomach issues my entire life due to being autoimmune AND my intestines not being nicely in my body like everyone else’s. They are a jumbled mess in there. Everything I eat is an impending battle and “regular” for me is spending 30m + in the bathroom every 10 days begging my body to just let it go! TMI, I know, but everybody poops! I wasn’t experiencing the usual stabbing abdomen pain that I usually get from eating any number of things, I felt less bloated and I was experiencing more regular 💩💩 that came with less begging & negotiating with myself. I tried all kinds of digestive aids and finally am getting relief with this one. I am on the carnivore diet and do fermented dairy. I assumed I was having trouble digesting fat. Like I said, this is the only one that gave me relief. Hope it continues to work like it is right now.

I love this so much that I panic when it gets close to being out.

I don’t notice a HUGE difference but I went a couple days without taking them and felt worse so it must be working pretty well.

Note for someone who watches carbs an exercises regularly white drinking water but plus size people rarely see alot of results like me. I bought this for hopes I'd have less bloating after eating an around my cycle did 3 month purches saw no results after 2 months so gave to my friend who is more fit an worked for her
