Overall, I’ve been using this black seed oil for 2 months and does not disappoint. I have zero side effects. I take it in the morning just a few drops and overall my energy has increased, my breathing feels better. I feel so much better. I do take it on an empty stomach. I would have two more.

It taste like oregano, it is easy to take, my kids are not picky and they take it very easy. I like how juntel it is. The concentration it is not high, so it taste light too.

La Etiqueta no dice el % ni el tipo de aceite con el que está diluida la escencia de la semilla. Ya había tomado otra marca y jamás me dió problemas. Hoy cumplo dos semanas tomándolo, por ello hago la reseña hoy. El.sabor es malo, he notado agruras, supongo es el aceite de dilusion, con otra marca no sucedía

I had no idea what to expect. I have psoriatic arthritis and a host of other problems and my joint swelling is healing up like a miracle! I get better and better every day. Saw results after 2 weeks and I was just taking it as a general health booster hoping it would help something and it really did. I have HS and it helps those cysts heal up very quickly, helps the psoriasis on my face calm down and be less red and swollen within a half hour of using it. Not much for fibro, but it still could. I do a dropper full in about an oz of water a day, or put directly on skin- never bothered me and I have super sensitive skin- it doesn't taste great, but it's tolerable. Kind of tastes chemicle-ish, like wasabi does, It's tastes like tea tree oil smells- if that makes any sense. I will keep using this!
