Great customer service!
My son lost a part when he opened this (there’s a little plastic red piece which looks unimportant but is VITAL!!) and the company have kindly sent me a replacement. I’m really pleased with the communication and service I received and the sword itself is very cool and well made. Highly recommend!

It’s really great! I use it all the time and it’s really durable. It’s a shame as the ring around the handle broke on the way here but I don’t mind. Over its great!

Sent with parts missing!
Unfortunately they sent the sword without a vital piece of it so the handle does not stay on when using. Seller is ignoring my messages. I now have a faulty item and there customer service have not been helpful at all. Would avoid!
