NOKLEAD Travel Alarm Clock, Foldable Battery Operated Clock with Mirror

I bought two travel alarm clocks to compare them, and the black one is definitely the winner. It’s 10x easier to program, and the screen is much clearer — the digits are bold and easy to read, even from a distance. One of the best features is that it shows the alarm time right on the display, which is sooo important when traveling. It also folds up nicely, making it compact and easy to pack. The alarm volume is normal, not too loud, but it might not wake up extremely heavy sleepers. I’d love to see this same model available in other colors (especially white). Wonderful small and thin compact travel alarm with temperature. Also has a mirror on the protective flip cover. Perfect for travel. Easy to use. Has a back light button and snooze.

Bought this back in 2022. Has held up well. The battery does not last that long. By reading other reviews it looks like the company may have changed design to no longer use the flat CR 2032 batteries & now uses AAA but like I stated, saw that in another review so not sure if the the company is still selling the model I have? Regardless, the clock is great. Slim, light weight, box is study enough to use for packing it on trips, keeps time well, is easy to set, display is great; crisp, sharp, large but not too large. The button to hit to check times in the dark is easy to find & the backlight it uses is not too bright & doesn't linger on. I've used it mostly for cruises for the past 3 years. Perfect for the inside cabins that are super dark. Love that it give a temperature reading. Helped to prove that our cabin has an issue the a/c on one cruise. Was told /c unit working fine & when I showed the alarm clock reading as 90°F when I had the cabin unit set at coldest setting, the cruise line ended up fixing the a/c. This is a great alarm clock! Would totally recommend it. Gave only 4 stars as the battery only lasts about 3-4 months & thats without using the alarm function. Oh & the mirror on it is good quality. It does not give a distorted image. I have left the protector plastic piece on it as I didn't want to get it scratched up as it is the bottom on the clock when it is opened.

This little clock is great. It sits nice and sturdy, and has the temperature and date/day of week. The backlight is great for checking the time when dark- not too bright, not too dim, goes out in a few seconds on its own. It even has a mirror in the base! Folds up like a compact. Perfect for travel. It was easy to set and can do both 12/24 hour format. There is a battery installed with a pull tab and a spare battery in a blister pack, so you'll be good for a long time. It's a common size battery, too, so getting more will be easy. The only thing this clock doesn't have is a humidity reading, which I don't even miss much. It comes in a box with the instructions and that's where I keep the extra battery. It came safely and quickly. Great clock for the money, I recommend it.

These are really cool clocks. One obvious thing to know is the alarm only goes off for 1 minute then goes silent. So if you're the sort of person who sleeps through things easily, buy 2 of them I guess. But.... The main issue is that the alarm part stops function weeks or months before the rest of the clock is out of batteries. How long are the batteries supposed to last? In my use it seems like they go maybe 3 months (hard to recall, not more than 6) and then the clock keeps working fine but if you try to use the alarm, instead of going off a normal volume, it makes this little quiet chirp and flashes the screen for awhile and then resets the time to 12:00. But it will still work as a clock for eons past the date it starts doing that, strange.

Edit #2. Dec 2024 Nearly a year after my original 1 star review the seller reached out to me to ask if they could send me another clock and possibly change my 1 star review to 5 stars. I said they could send the clock and if I love it I would revise my review. I received the new clock but it was different than the first one. It had all the same features but wasn’t as slim. I told them it wasn’t the same clock and they explained that they changed the design to accommodate AAA batteries instead of the flat circular batteries. The flat batteries seemed to be the issues causing problems with the original clock. I have been using this new updated clock for a few weeks now and really like it a lot. It has great features and works great. I have updated my star rating based on my new experience and do recommend this clock. I also recommend this seller who, as you will read in my first edit, refunded my first clock even after the return period. They seem to be a company concerned about customer satisfaction. Edited to add: The seller reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund (outside the 30 day return window). Kudos to the seller. Much appreciated. I took the refund due to my current circumstances. Otherwise I would have given it another try since there are so many happy purchasers if this clock. I really liked this clock when I got it. It’s slim, It has nice features, easy to set up etc. but after about a month of use I discovered that it wasn’t keeping accurate time. It would be behind by a few minutes. I reset it and it kept losing minutes and even hours if I didn’t check on it. After a few days of this it went blank. It’s not the battery as I changed that out. With the new battery the blue backlight comes on and nothing else. It’s a shame because I really liked it otherwise.

I have never in my live seen or heard of an alarm clock that stops alarming after the alarm time passes. I honestly though this thing was broken and not alarming at all, but that is not the case. I have a hard time waking up and sometimes the power goes out killing my powered alarms, so i needed a battery powered alarm and this truely loked to fit the bill. The alarm will and does go off at the designated time, but once that time passes, it shuts its self off. WHAT? So if the alam is set for 10am, it will start alarming at 10am. then at 10:01am it will turn its self off... useless!

This travel alarm is replacing one that let me down one time too many. This one is solidly built, but incredibly compact. It even shows the temperature (although I can't judge the accuracy there, it's too new and I haven't used it enough to judge.) It's easy to set the time and clock features AND the alarm times AND clearly displays when the alarm is on or not. I love that it has the option of 12 or 24 hour time settings. As for the reviewer that requested colors so it won't blend in to the background and get left behind, I suggest applying some bright tape or something. However, they have a good idea: why not make it colored so it's easier to find and pack. A little luminescence would even be nice when trying to find this in the dark to see what time it is. But overall, and excellently designed and made little travel alarm. I also like that there's no noise made when you press the button to light the display.

I've had this clock for over a year and it works perfectly. I leave it on my bedroom floor, next to my bed. It gets very cold here during winters and I still get about 6 months of battery life in this clock. The battery is a CR2032 button battery. I received (2) such batteries included with the clock, so I didn't have to purchase batteries during the first year or so. The clock is sturdy and simple to set up. Blue light on it is very bright (you can activate the blue light with one touch of a button, the display stays lit for about 10 or 15 seconds). For me it's a good alternative to checking the time on my phone, as I don't want my phone near my face at all times while I sleep. I also bring it with me when I travel. I had no problems during transport, it's solid and even the mirror is well protected with a thin sticky plastic film over it. The plastic film is still on my mirror, granted I don't have to carry the clock often ... still, this is a good quality product.

After a few months battery gets loose and alarmclock resets itself from time to time... very anoying...
