Very comfortable recliner.

I was very pleased with my purchase price for this chair and delivery to me. I caught the chair on sale and am happy with quality and feel so far. Time will tell on how it holds up, but it seems sturdy and durable. I couldn't be happier the chair was delivered to my home for free. Think I got a good deal with this buy.

I purchased two of these from Ashley Furniture 10 years ago. To my surprise after being used extensively, they are fully functional and in rather nice condition for their age. I have two dogs plus human beings who use them, and they’ve stood the test of time. The only reason I purchased two new ones is that I’ll never find a better chair than these once they are no longer available. I put the two new ones in an unused bedroom until I’m ready to use them. A testimony that the most expensive item available is not always the best quality.

Bought this recliner because the price was right. It’s going in a cabin, I do like how far back it lays, it’s comfortable and large. Closing the leg part takes some calf muscles. I wish it had a handle, that is my only negative. That goodness it’s mostly my hi by’s chair. Material is acceptable, size, color, all good.

I purchased this recliner in brown from Amazon to match my sofa, chair and ottoman that I purchased at the Ashley Furniture store. The color is slightly darker than the “cocoa” color of my living room set but the design matches exactly. It’s not as noticeable because it’s set against a wall by itself. It arrived quickly and the shipper provided an arrival time. I wish I had not purchased the extra charge for “delivery into the 1st entry” because the box was way too big to fit through a doorway. The box had to be opened in the garage and needed my son and myself to carry it inside and set up. The recliner was slightly less expensive at Amazon with free shipping. If I had ordered it from the Ashley furniture store, there would have been a 2 to 3 week wait and a $289 delivery charge so I’m very happy with this purchase. The recliner is very comfortable, the material is the same as my living room set, and the manual ring on the right side of the chair is easy to maneuver.

Besides the recliner feeling a little cheap and the back not snapping into place firmly, the Amazon in room delivery service is horrible. Had it scheduled for a 3 hour window and they showed up more than 4 hours after the 3 window delivery window so they had me waiting for something I had to sign for 7 hours. Will buy my recliners from the furniture store and get real delivery and quality next time

This chair is great, very comfortable with lots of padding to it. Very quiet when it rocks and perfect length to stretch out in the recline position. Only con is chair was scratched down to the fabric leaving white scuff marks on the backside left. Must have happened during shipping. Contacted Amazon and a resolution was reached. Very happy customer
