I think this stuff is working. This product got rid of my body order (minimized to so little smell) that I was suffering for 20 years.... it's crazy! I'm not using deodorant now. Not only this made me poo better, I lost belly and cravings for a lot of junk food. I am not craving for sweet food, or fried food. I don't care about it anymore. Also it got rid of my inflamation in my body. Weight on scale didn't change much but my appearance changed a lot. But I had A LOT of unpleasant side effects, I had headache, dizziness, sore throats, runny nose, watery stool, I had to stop and take break for 1-2 days because of too much side effects. I had Plyrori bacteria in stomach and went through 14 day antibiotics treatment twice before and plyrori didn't die. So I gave up 2 years ago. I'm going to check on that later and update the review later to see if probiotics took care of it or not. Right now I am taking 150 billion one (40 strain one) from the same brand. My skin complexion is better and I feel like my stomach got smaller... I get full so easily... can't over eat. It's weird it almost feel like I had gastric bypass surgery because my stomach gets full really quick and I really can't eat dessert.

I had been suffering from severe diarrhea (TMI, I know, sorry...), and severe abdominal pain. I was prescribed a slew of medications. I ended up in the hospital from these terrible bouts where the pain was so unbearable. I would vomit from the pain because it was so bad. I had a colonoscopy, and they didn't find anything significant. I did stool cultures, blood work, biopsies and nobody could figure out what was wrong with me. I changed my diet, and nothing helped. I was not formally diagnosed with IBS, but I would say after no other diagnosis that's probably what I had. I was given 2 boxes of this product and took it everyday for 14 days. I became better and better. Anytime I can afford it, I will order another round just to maintain. I 100% believe this cured me of my IBS, or whatever the heck it was. I suffered for almost an entire year. Also, if you've had to take antibiotics for any reason, it can take up to 9 months for your stomach to re-balance itself. I would recommend this to pretty much anyone. I don't see how this couldn't benefit anyone, even if you aren't experiencing problems. Full disclosure, the taste and smell aren't pleasant, but you get used to it pretty quick. A tip for mixing: start stirring the water and slowly pour the product in as you are stirring. This prevents clumps from forming.

I tried this product out after having some positive results from a 7 day trial pack of Align. The Align seemed to aid my digestion, soften stool, and made me feel less bloated. I thought I'd give more probiotics a try right after my positive experience with Align, and purchased this based on the glowing reviews. After taking it for 7 days, I didn't notice a big change from my normal state. I'm not sure if I'm just already pretty healthy, or if I was already primed from the 7 days of taking the other probiotic, or it just doesn't work as well as people say. Maybe I'm expecting too much from this 7 day super 200 billion pack. I will still continue trying out different daily use probiotics, and am so far thinking that they are helpful. Just not sure if this one is worth the extra money, as it is a little pricey for only 7 days, and not overwhelming results. It was easy to digest and tastes fine mixed with juice.

I love this product but question this seller. Normally this product works amazingly with my system. It solves digestive problems and constipation. But I think this seller sells old product. The last three orders had one to three of the packets completely fused. Most were like a hard block and not usable. Today one of the little packets had something in it that looked like a caramel candy only not soft. It was a dark amber, which is not the color of the powder that supposed to be in the packet. I am going to look for a different seller because I still want this product.

Like many other products there are so many choices out there that it can become daunting in trying to decide what brand, strength, and product to buy. And while I'm not "sick" in the sense of dealing with a disease process, I would say that I do have a slightly weaker immune system. Also working in healthcare, daily, doesn't help matters for me. I have been using this product in particular, and this brand, for roughly 2 years with great success. Success = staying healthy and not getting sick as often as co-workers/family. I have used other brands, and while I like the others fine, I like these better. Would heartily recommend these, as I often do to my patients, and find that consistent use is very helpful to my overall health. I use the 200 billion to be on the "better safe, than sorry" side, for weeks/times that I feel I could be coming down with something. Otherwise I supplement with the 80 billion Critical Care for daily use. These are powder packets (not pills) and require you put put them in something to consume them. I personally like to use a yogurt drink (lassi, kefir, yogurt) or almond milk to take these, finding it doesn't bother my stomach -at all- to take in this method. Money well spent, very effective product. **As an aside, I also find this product helps with my rosacea. Not sure what exactly the connection is (other than the gut [H.Pylori] theories out there). But I do notice a marked and rapid (overnight) improvement on my face when I use this!!

following course of antibiotics this got my tummy back to normal in no time, and i think it is very reasonable price for the super strength that it is, pricey yes but worth it.
