Worth a try
Had been using the National Geographic grit, but it seems only capable of giving the rocks a matte polish. Wanted something that would make rocks shine. Tried this brand and was able to get shiny rocks. It it the best? I've no way to know till I try some of the other brands. But for now, I'm happy with results I get from using this polish grit.

Great stage 1
This stage 1 worked much better than what I had bought in the past. My previous purchase was a kit that included all 4 grits in one box. This produced much better results with less overall tumbling time.

So far so good...this was the cheaper option and it also comes in a resealable container which I prefer. I used it to stipple my firearm and it worked out better than I thought it would, this being my first time trying this process. I rate this product as excellent and I would definitely recommend it for this application.

Worked well for beach glass
What can you say about rock Tumbler grit? It was packaged well, arrived on time, and did its job in the rotating rock tumbler. I used it to make beach glass. Beach glass came out well with a nice frosted look and smooth edges after about two days.
