Glare at the outside coerners
I am not a welder. I use welding glasses as sunglasses because my eyes do not filter out light. I have been wearing 2 shade 5s and they were not dark enough. These are dark but I canโt still see if I cover the edges with my hands. I will be returning these and looking for ones, most like from a welding supply store.

Great Tint, Bad Fit
Iโll give it to these glassesโthe tint is chefโs kiss. Perfect shade, like they read my mind on how I wanted the world to look slightly moodier. But the fit? Oh boy. These things sit on my face like a reluctant catโkind of there, but mostly doing their own thing. Light pours in from the top and bottom like my face is a drive-thru window, and donโt even get me started on the dust. Iโve had better coverage from dollar store safety goggles. No nose pads to adjust, no frame flexibilityโjust vibes. At this point, Iโm going full MacGyver and adding foam or duct tape or possibly hiring a tiny wizard to plug the gaps. Love the lens, but if you're planning to face the sun and gravity at the same time, maybe look elsewhere.

Oversized so light can shine through nose gap
Terrible oversized. It appears on purpose because most list the dimensions of the lenses. I am so offended that they would think I would not realize it's the gap on the nose piece and not the the side lenses. Please trust me. The frames are oversized because they want your eyes to get damaged

Protecting your eyes
I use these glasses with a 50 amp plasma cutter and they work much better than my helmet. I felt my eyes were protected.

Decent colour, nice fit over glasses, nice cleaning cloth and case but do NOT block IR.
