The fundamental truth of French cooking is that anything prepared in duck fat is going to be good. This is a great way to put a small amount of duck fat on everything. I spray veggies when roasting or grilling and even put it on popcorn.

It is a great flavor addition to many different items and helps them crisp up when using an Air Fryer.

Only reason I gave it four stars is due to issues with the sprayer. It gets clogs and doesn’t work on about half the cans I bought. I contacted the manufacturer and was given instructions on how to address issue, was told they we’re going to send me replacement cans but never did. The product is great! We use it on everything, literally everything. Great for BBQ and air fryer. Makes the best popcorn. Hopefully they can address the spray issues.

I was so excited to find this spray as I love the flavor of duck fat and looked forward to having it in spray form. But, really, it doesn't have the same flavor as the duck fat you buy in a jar. Although the can says its only ingredient is duck fat, it's more like it's "duck fat flavored" and not really duck fat. Maybe that's just me, but I don't plan to buy more. I'll stick with the jarred stuff.

I keep it, but the flavor wasn't very deep

This is a great product. It is so convenient when you do not want to use a larger amount of duck fat. I just spray it on baked or air fried breaded cutlets or before air frying french fries, etc., and have been happy with the taste.

Ok, so most people are buying this product to add flavor to steaks and burgers. Yes, it’s a wonderful flavor addition for these applications! But let me tell you…if you have a dog that’s a picky eater, you should try this as a kibble topper! I spray it on the dry kibble in the bowl for a second and then shake the bowl to mix up the kibble. Doggie loves it! Then again, he’s a Brittany, and he loves duck jerky as well. Only real cons are that price, and as others have mentioned, the nozzle can clog up. With cooler house temps I find it clogging up more. However with a soak in hot water with a little Dawn dish soap, the thing quickly clears. I plan on buying more cans and keeping the additional nozzles around to always have a go-to when one clogs. Nozzles pop off the can with ease. Try it on your picky eater doggie!!Update: 2/24/23Well, the celebration was short lived! I ended up having the same problem with clogged nozzles and product stuck in the can as others had mentioned. No longer ordering the product. Had to get a salmon oil for the kibble topping instead. A much healthier option too!
