Nice thick seat cover fits perfect

Nice seat cover!
I really like the seat cover. Seems like it made good and it looks really good. The only thing it was missing a string that ties the seat cover to the seat. But other than that itโs great!!

Solid Seat Cover for 1985 Ford F250
I Bought this seat cover for my 1985 Ford F250. It has a rough/scratchy texture to it but that's to be expected for a sattle blanket. The fabric feels durable but it is not thick. A couple of the loops on the back of the seat tore when applying tension but we just tied the strings together to make it work. I'm having a tough time keeping the crease by the buckles tucked so there's a bit of slack but over all it's a good starting cover, easy to put on, it has large pockets for storing and the red is pretty vibrant.

Saddle blanket seat cover for bench seat
I bought it for my 66 c10 and it fits great but doesnโt secure the way the instructions say to secure it. Otherwise Iโm happy with it

This is what I was looking for
I have a 1979 F-150 that I welded new floor panels in to get rid of the fred flintstone style floor it had when I acquired the truck back in November. Put some new vinyl flooring in too and needed something to cover up the worn out 42 year old upholstery. I wanted the old 'saddle blanket' style seat cover in blue to match the rest of the truck but wasn't having much luck finding one locally. Amazon to the rescue! I can't speak for trying to install this with the seat in the truck since I had the seat out to work on the floors. I can see how this would be very difficult if not impossible to install correctly with the seat in the truck. Starting with the back in the middle I tied one string at a time and tried to make an X pattern with the strings where possible. I worked from the middle out and left the sides loose. Moved to the bottom of the seat, same as before, worked my way from the middle out to the sides forming an X where possible with the strings. I then visually inspected the everything to make sure the pattern was straight and the back and bottom were aligned. Once confirmed everything looked good there, I moved on to tightening the sides down by tying off the strings I had already tightened for the bottom and back. No this does not have full coverage of the back, but I have a standard cab pickup so the only time you see that is when you need to retrieve something from behind the seat. If you have a super or crew cab and the back of the seat is going to be seen often you may want to look for a different solution if that bothers you. I didn't need to add any string and though you can tell this string isn't 100# test or 550 para cord it is working okay so far. I also didn't tighten the strings down like I was trying to stretch raw hide over a snare drum either so that might have helped too.

PITA to Install; Doesnโt Fit Well
Overall a decent product, but it comes with all of the drawbacks of any โuniversalโ seat cover, plus some extra just for me. The good: 1) The material looks and feels nice. 2) The pattern is cool 3) Feels pretty durable The neutral: 1) I donโt think the pockets will be that useful. They could have saved some time and material there. They donโt seem sturdy enough for much of anything. Likely just to get kids snacks and crumbs or dirt in them LOL. 2) The corners and sides look โmeh.โ About what you expect from a universal solution. It is what it is The bad: 1) Seat belt slot doesnโt align with my seat belt buckles. More a quirk of my truck, but really annoying. Not โuniversal.โ Just ended up cutting a slot for my belt, but it looks janky. 2) No holes for headrests. The listing says โbuilt in holes for headrestsโ but there are none. I ended up using a torch lighter to make some holes where I needed them. Not noticeable once the headrests are on. 3) The installation is a real pain. I ended up just using a long length of 550 cord instead of tying a dozen small individual ropes all over the place. It probably didnโt end up as tight as it would have because of how I did it, but oh well. It took at least an hour to do. They really need to figure a better way to secure this thing down. Web straps w/ buckles would make a lot more sense. 4) The stitching around the rope loops and the seat belt slots on the blanket look janky. Looks like a DIY sewing job, not something from a factory. 5) Itโs advertised as being easy to wash. That may be true, but itโs going to be a real pain to take on and off. Itโs not convenient to clean. Overall, โmeh.โ It looks okay in the end and is better than a lot of other products out there, especially at the $50 price point. But Iโd be willing to spend another $25-$50 for a โpremiumโ version that solves some of my complaints. It really is a pain in the butt and will make it very inconvenient to remove, wash, and replace. Update: I ended up using some adhesive leather repair tape to seam the edges of the cutout I made for the seat belt buckles. It looks pretty good for a DIY solution. It basically is faux leather adhesive tape, folded over the exposed edges.

Will take about 45 mins to an hour to install
I may have missed it in the description, but I wasnโt aware that this used small strings to attach it. That said it is good quality but we will see how long it lasts. A few helpful hints. Attach the middle loops and strings on the bottom of the seat first. Use a slipknot so you can adjust the tension. If you donโt know what that is YouTube it. To make the nice annd snug, I basically went around each vertical string on the back of the seat as far as I could wrapping each one individually. This made a nice snug fit.. sort of look like a cargo net (see attached pictures$. For the bottoms, start the same way in the middle. I went around the seat springs on the bottom of the seat.

Made my truck look like new
Installed in a 1970 c10. Couldโve used more strings but I ended up using some stuff I had around. Fits seat well, feels sturdy. No complaints so far would recommend

Fits 75 ford bench and square body bench
Bought 2 of these for my square body and dentside ford and both fit really well. Only issues I had was top corners you end up having to bunch it funny there as there's to much material when you try to fold the corners nice. Great classic feeling seat cover and brings back all the old memories plus the pockets along the front are nice. Wish the green was a bit more teal to match the trucks but it is what it is and gets the job done nicely
