What are the dimensions of the standard truck bench seat cover???

To precisely answer your question, I would have to bundle up in a down jacket, hat, gloves and boots and take a tape measure outside into weather that is 10 degrees F. and blowing. So, I will say that it fits a 1984 Ford F-250 pickup bench seat nicely. I would imagine it would also fit an F-150 or an F-350, as the cabs are all close to the same size.

Do the seat covers cover the backrest fully?

The "old style Indian" seat cover does cover upper seat cushions to about 6" over the back then ties to metal rod frame work on my 75'chevy P/U, it does leave the rear back lower of upper seat uncovered
