I inserted these one morning before work, and while getting ready it popped out of place and lodged itself into my nasal cavity. I could feel it in my sinuses/ upper throat. Tried netty pot and all the things to remove before ultimately going to the er to remove it. Super scary and lowkey embarrassing. When it was removed you could see it started melting/disintegrating in my sinuses.*picture* single one was the piece stuck in sinuses melting. Pair together is to see the comparison of the two
