Ideal and exceeding our hopes and needs!! Luckily so well secured it was not damaged even though the box had full indentation! Was really worried opening it up! This board is giant and well worth the few extra dollars for one this size! Amazing addition to our homeschool! So happy we bought it, should have splurged sooner! The extras that came with are ok, magnets will scratch it, those are now on our fridge and the markers leave behind residue so we use expo we already had several! The erasers are of quality and also magnetic so that’s brilliant! We have tons of magnetic letter and numbers that are getting so much use with this board! I would recommend this easily and would rebuy again in a heartbeat!!!

I've been shopping around for a whiteboard for some time now to use for school, and very happy I chose this one.This product is coming from a very responsive 5 star seller!!I got the product, but found the board damaged with many creases. I contacted the seller, and they immediately resolved the issue by sending me a replacement. They have excellent customer service.This dry erase board is smooth with all the accessories I will need to use it. The eraser is conveniently magnetic and also included are lots of magnets and markers.This will be a very useful study tool for my science courses and for when I get into nursing school.I am looking forward to getting lots of uses out of this whiteboard.Very satisfied customer, and highly recommend this purchase. You will not regret!

The first one I ordered, came damaged. So I contacted Amazon and began the return process (which went extremely smoothly). The seller was informed and very accomodating. They offered to send me a brand new one for absolutely no cost AND keep the first one I bought. However, since it was damaged, I decided to return it. I got my money back (per Amazon's return policies) AND got a brand new one from the seller at no charge. Very happy with the way this seller handled this issue. Fantastic customer service and I would definitely buy from them again.As far as product quality, I gave it a 4 star because it takes some "elbow grease" to get the marker off. I use EXPO markers (not the ones they provide as those are lesser quality and were even worse to get off), and I use the EXPO wipes to clean my board. That definitely helps as I was using an off brand cleaner as well as Baby Wipes (which was a trick several people told me about...yet it did not work for this board). The only cleaner that does the job is the EXPO wipes (the spray didn't even work as well...had to really rub the board over and over to clean it). Other than that - no complaints. It's a great board - easy to install, and easy to keep up. OH...one other thing.... the magnetic backing on the board interferes with WIFI reception. I put it up in my office, which is between my living room and my master bedrooms. It effected both routers for WIFI/TV streaming. I had to go back to Cable/U-VERSE because it kept interfering with the signal.

This is a nice, big white board. We hung it on the wall in my kids’ playroom and both of my kids have enough room to write on it at the same time. It came with 4 black markers that write very well. There are 3 erasers and I like that they are magnetic and stick to the board. Hopefully they won’t get lost as easily. There is also a set of colored circle magnets. These are the only thing I’ve had a slight problem with. My son threw a few of them and a couple of the magnets either popped out of the circle case or the magnet part broke in pieces. Not the sturdiest of magnets, but the board is great. It even has a little tray that attached to the bottom to hold the markers on. My kids are loving it.

This is the second board I ordered. The first was made by Lockways, and they used so little packing it was damaged in shipping, as well as warped in the manufacturing process. This one was packed better so it wasn't dented - but it was still warped, front and back! (If it was only the back, I wouldn't care.) It has a 1"-wide crease bulging up off of the plane of the white board's writing surface. These are cheap, made who-knows-where. I'm sending it back and will find a school supply place or somewhere who can sell a decent board. May cost more - I don't know. But apparently the "standard" product for typical white boards who are currently selling on Amazon is low quality, with clearly visible warps. If they were selling these out of a store where people could see them, nobody would buy them! What a bad joke...

I love this whiteboard!! I've been working in office environments for over 12 years using whiteboards everyday and this is truly one of the best I've ever had. It came packed very well and included extra mounting hardware (3 sets instead of just 1). It erases cleanly, without having to scrub and without leaving marker dust. The magnetic hold is the perfect amount to securely hold the included magnets where you put them while still allowing them to be pulled off the board easily. This whiteboard doesn't quite hang flat against my wall, but I'm pretty sure it's the wall of my 1914 home that's warped, not the whiteboard. However, I easily fixed it by sticking a round felt pad (the kind you put under furniture legs) to the back of one lower corner.I run my own business and use this whiteboard to keep track of all my clients and the different stages their projects are in. In addition to loving the whiteboard, I highly recommend this tape  Selizo 10 Pieces 1/8" Whiteboard Dry Erase Graphic Art Tape, 10 Colors  if you need to create sections or grids on your whiteboard.

I received this board today. It was easy to install and the board itself was in good condition aside from some minor dents. The magnets work well also. However, the tray attachment was received damaged in the box - this is disappointing because it does not attach to the board and I cannot use the tray to hold the markers, etc.; and even if I could connect it, it’s dented and warped so it wouldn’t look nice.
