These things are really just very stiff, durable plastic cards and that works for me for the intended purpose of separating CD covers. They can be written upon with a Sharpie or other marker. A label would stick good to them.Warning for music geeks: measure the space where you intend to use these things. They may stick out too far and be too wide for the use you intend and then you'd be stuck with 100 thick plastic cards that would sit around for years because you think a use will turn up some day.

The dividers served my purpose perfectly. I have a lot of CD'S and they were just all over the place. Sometimes it would take me forever to find a certain CD I wanted to listen to so I alphabetized them and put them in a new CD cabinet that I also purchased through Amazon and now it takes seconds to find what I'm looking for. I'm very happy and I have enough dividers left over to start alphabetizing my DVD'S. What a great purchase I made.

all i had to do was apply labels and it helped me to organize my discs. i have 400 CDs and almost 100 DVDs organized on a large bookshelf that holds them all. the dividers are large enough to see the labels i put on them and they don't have little tabs sticking out. the plastic is strong enough not to bend over.

These were the perfect dividers for my CDs. They're made of thin, sturdy plastic and stick out just far enough to see your markings. I affixed letters made by a label maker and they look great. I used the extras for further sorting of compilations such as Christmas, movie soundtracks, 70s various artists, 80s various artists, etc.

I label and use these to alphabetize for both my cd and dvd collection. In addition, they are used to separate the sermon cds at church and are much nicer that the old cardboard that I used before.Yes, I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

My friend built me a wood storage box for my albums and now they can be seen all on one shelf. Great product for organizing albums
