1.Why there are some background noise(static noise) when wearing it？

Hearing aids belong to electronic products, which has a electric current sound for itself. Generally, it will be considered as noise. Actually, it is the electric current sound existing in all good machines.

How to reduce background noise(static noise)?

First, check if the ear dome size is right, and if it's put inside the ear well. Second, please turn volume to lowest and turn up gradually. Third,it needs time to adapt to the situation when you can't hear clearly.(Generally, wear for 2 to 3 weeks.)

How to adapt to the hearing aids?

Sometimes people are used to previous hearing, so they will feel that is noise when hearing some unfamiliar sound after using the hearing aids. In fact, the noise is sound outside the scope of normal hearing, which is amplified when using the device.

I can hear whistling sound. Why?

It is mainly caused by air in ear canal from loose connection and improperly fitting. Try all ear domes and ensure the chosen one matches your ear canal. Ensure ear hook(for thick tube), ear dome, tube and device are well connected and fit snugly.
