Why turning on 15 min and then no longer working?

The massager will automatic shut-down in 15 minute. This function is based on the most scientific massage time. It can ensure the safety of users and avoid overheating of the machine caused by long time continuous use.

My product no longer works or the heat function is not available. What should I do?

Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place, and please confirm whether the massage head is red, if not, please press the on/off button once more.

Why am i feel so pain after use this item?

This massager is designed to deep massage and it is normal to feel pain for those who are not used to it. Massage therapy is a long-term process and we recommend that you use it once a day for 15 minutes at a time or use it after a few days interval.
