Blended beeswax candles NOT pure
Leave a CommentThese ARE NOT PURE beeswax candles. They have a synthetic smell when burned. Pure beeswax candles smell exactly like sweet beeswax when burned. Black smoke smoke is visible while burning. Obvious paraffin wax. Never ever purchasing from this seller again.

Could be a very good mosquito repellent.
Ohh boy where should i start?Candles came in yellow paper envelope wrapped in cellophane. Some of them are twisted and every single candle kind of glued to each other so when you try to separate them you risking of tearing it apart. And smell... What a smell! Nothing like bee wax candles. I would guess it will make a very good mosquito repellent. Once you lit it and then extinguish it this thing smells like diesel fuel.Bottom line - there is nothing good about those candles except maybe for its size. I say shop somewhere else unless you are into diesel smell!

Two thumbs up!
It is not the first time I am ordering beewax candles from this seller, and his product meets all my expectations and beyond. This candles made from natural beeswax, as promised in description, with its subtle aroma that can not be confused with anything. The moment you unwrap the box you know, whats inside :)high quality craftsmenship, almost custom. Real beewax candles are unique: if you hold the candle in your hand for several seconds, it can be bent, folded, "woven" together, without fear that the candles will crack or break off.ย The burning candle does not drip and leaves no trace. Please pay attention to the size of the candles before you purchase. It is NOT a Taper candle.(i will try to attach some images to my review).Burning time also depends on the size you selected.I can definitely reccomend this seller with confidence. And will order again soon ๐๐

Nice candles
I got these for my altar, to burn during Buddhist services and while meditating. They are not as thick as I expected, so don't fit the usual candle holders for tapers. But the wax is kind of sticky, so I heated up the bottom of one and stuck it in there anyway, and it works fine. Because they are kind of narrow and the wax is a little soft, my first one curved slightly. But it's okay--not enough to be unattractive. They do have a pleasant smell when they burn. You get a faint honey aroma, which blends nicely enough with my incense. And I like the color. The yellow has a nice almost amber softness to it. They also burn really long. The description said they would, but even so, the first candle is lasting much longer than I expected.I like them well enough. I will probably order more when I use up this batch.

Even light, no drips
These candles burn for maybe 45 min, maybe an hour, somewhere around there. If you don't have a breeze, they burn down with no drips. This is important, since I do have candle holders, but of course they're small, so drips would easily spatter. These really are tall, skinny candles, a bit thinner than a pencil. They don't last forever, but they look lovely.I just got the tiny, brass candle holders for shabbat. They're soft, so you can carefully push them down to fix them to the candle holder, but I prefer to take a bit of a honeycomb beeswax sheet to fill in the bottom of the candle holder. These will bend or break if you handle them roughly. At holiday time, they look beautiful in small groupings. I use them throughout the year for atmosphere. They're nice quality, not much smell--but a touch of the faint, honey smell you'd expect from beeswax.

Make your own conclusions, BUT if you want to deal with this seller, count the candles
At first, when I bought 120 candles, only 115 came. it's interesting, isn't it?! Having made a replacement, we got 120, fast enough. But it didn't end there. The candles themselves were very thin and small - despite neither the description nor the General standard. The price is quite decent - not good, not cheap. The candles were 1/3 thinner and were exactly 6 inches long, which is less than regular candles (standard 6.5 inches)= summarize: they burn faster, less heat, less wax, and the price is slightly lower... Make your own conclusions, BUT if you want to deal with this seller, count the candles... he's tricky

Lovely Candles
These are great candles. They're very thin, as pointed out in the description. These are more like tall Shabbat candles than dinner tapers. I didn't time them, but they last around an hour each. They have the bright, even light of beeswax. They smell lightly like beeswax, and if there isn't a breeze, they burn without dropping down to nothing. They add fun variety to candles on my mantle. Visitors comment on how cute they are. Now that I know I like them, I found some brass half-inch candle holders for them, and I plan to reorder these candles.

good little candles that I use during prayer
These are sturdy, good quality beeswax candles that I use during my private prayer times. They burn for a decent amount of time with minimal dripping, and they burn evenly. I read another review that said they smell bad, but they smell just like every other beeswax candle I've ever used. They've got a natural scent, which I like.B/c they have a small diameter, it was a bit of a challenge to find a good candle holder to fit these little guys, but there are some options on Amazon that have worked out.

Exactly as described
Very happy with the candles. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The black is a nice clean, solid black. Burnt for longer than I expected and didn't loose shape at any point (was standing on it's own when lit and burning with a slight breeze) Would definitely purchase again.
