Not very good
I was excited to get this because I wanted a running bottle with a larger capacity than the soft bottle I’ve been using. I ordered one of these for my wife and one for me. We are both disappointed. It isn’t good at the two things it should be good at:1. It doesn’t dispense water well. The nozzle design is horrible and just lets out a trickle of water. I end up gasping for air after I take a drink.2. It doesn’t fit tightly to my hand no matter how much I tighten the strap. Tighten it too much and the bottle falls out. I have to grasp the bottle which makes my arm hurt on long runs.0 for 2 on things a running water bottle should do. I expected more from a good brand.

Easy running bottle
I don’t typically like to run with water bottles but I had a hard 7 mile run to do and I needed something. This was very easy to hold and drink from in the middle of a run.

Works but Has Major Drawbacks
The bottle functions but some major flaws. First, the spout doesn’t allow very much fluid to come out at once. On a run I want a gulp and move on. Secondly, the adjustable strap is built to tighten to the bottle, but does not tighten the strap on your hand, which is really the whole point. Lastly, the wider bubble shape at the bottom of the bottle makes it incredibly hard to clean, even with a bottle brush. I use mine for tailwind type products and hand wash after each use. The bottle began growing mold after two weeks on the upper portions of those bubbles because the brush bristles can’t reach adequately.

Difficult to use
Among the many random things I have bought on Amazon is a device that measures grip strength. With my right hand I can squeeze with 103 pounds of pressure which is in the healthy range for an adult male.Yet I can barely squeeze water out of this bottle with one hand. I have to use two. You can suck water through the nozzle but it takes a lot of effort. When I’m running and thirsty, I don’t want to work so hard for a small sip. I don’t know if the nozzle is defective or it’s just badly designed.

MISLEADING PRODUCT
I was SUPER let down by this product. I actually have really enjoyed using Nathan water backpack products so I thought this was going to be a great product. The nozzle is advertised as a fast gush or something like that but couldn't be farther from the truth!! When I throw my head back and squeeze the bottle it literally just trickles little drops out, and even with a SUPER hard double handed squeeze, it's barely a mild stream. Not only that, but the cloth part of it is kind of flimsy so it is hard to unzip and zip to access the contents when you're trying to do it while running. Also the shape of the bottle is kind of interesting, let's just say a bit phallic? Anyways, I wish I had returned this product within the time window and I strongly recommend nobody buy it.

Absolute garbage.
TL;DR: AVOID THIS BOTTLE AT ALL COSTSI don't normally review stuff unless it's absolutely amazing or incredibly awful. Guess which one this is.I write this owning two Nathan 18oz SpeedDraws that I LOVE. I wanted something that had a bit more volume for one-bottle days. I should have listened to the other reviewers.Let's be frank: there is no way the people that approved this design A) actually ever used it and/or B) are actually runners. This is an instantly obvious poor design. You try to put it on your hand and immediately regret your buying decision. In hundreds of miles with my SpeedDraws, not once has the bottle almost slipped out of the harness. In just 6.5 miles with this thing the bottle almost slipped out three times. The harness is trash and cannot be cinched down tight across the hand. Even just turning my wrist to check my watch almost caused the bottle to slip out. It's as if this was a mockup version and they forgot to finish it. I had to find a way to balance it just right so I could finish my run. It's so, so bad. Now, we come to the water flow, which is almost non existent. It takes legitimate effort to get any reasonable amount of water out of this thing. The SpeedDraw is effortless — a simple light squeeze and plenty of water comes out. This piece of work takes a full strength squeeze — and that yields a fraction of the water you actually want.I just can't understand how two bottles targeted at similar audiences could be so vastly different.Nathan, come on, you can't actually think this is a good product.Returned.

Water bottle doesn't stay secured
Water bottle didn't stay secure for my long runs when I had my phone in the pouch. Difficult to take a sip from bottle while running due to the fluid restriction.

Bottle is low quality, and holder doesn’t stay on
Bottle is low quality. Very hard to squeeze water out (even as a former strongman). Holder regularly slips off bottle. Save your money.
