Shoe Goo Repair Adhesive for Fixing Worn Shoes or Boots, Clear, 7X 0.18-Ounce Tubes, Pixiss Spreader Tools Set

Discovered Shoe Goo a number of years ago. I bought this 7-tube set with spreader tools to add to my collection. I've glued many replacement soles on old shoes and plan to do the same on an old pair of Crocs sandals that I love but apparently they don't make any more. Shoo Goo holds tight and has never come loose. Just make sure to clean the surfaces well first, and use a clamp or use Frog tape around the sole or similar to hold together until the glue dries. I usually leave it overnight. Oh I should mention that the 7 tubes in this set are comically small so I won't be surprised if I use them all doing my sandals. I'll buy larger next time now that I have the tools. If you notice, the manufacturer name on the tube is Eclectic Products, which in addition to Shoe Goo makes Goop, E6000 and other spinoffs. I've tried these three, they're all similar and good stuff.

We have used this product in the past to reglue soles of shoes back together. In the past we have always bought the larger tube as that was all you could find. Having the product available in smaller tubes is a game changer. No longer will we have a large tube dry out and go bad, we can use as many smaller tubes as we need and keep the rest unopened and fresh for next time. The soles were glued and 24 hours later the shoes were worn. They held together well and being clear the goo blended in with the dark shoes and will be good for light shoes also. It was also nice to have the plastic applicators to use instead of searching for popsicle sticks or stiff cardboard to apply the goo.

Shoe goo works in any size tube. If you need smaller amounts these beat the slow Harding of a large tube that you carefully cap< though they are more per ounce, they are often cheaper per use. I keep some small ones, but I have a larger project that I’ll leave them capped and get the big tube to use within a couple days of ordering it.

I've been using Shoe Goo for over 20 years. My only complaint was that the tubes would harden before I was able to use all the product. These small tubes generally provide enough adhesive / repair compound to take care of your shoe issues without much waste, and the provided tools make it MUCH easier to apply. Yes, ounce for ounce, it's a bit more expensive than the larger tubes, but it's much less expensive in the long run.
