Wonder Creature Crystal Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel, 100oz/3L Pet Fountain with LED Light for Cats and Dogs (Grey)

My wife and I have bought fountains for our cats for over 20 years now, and I honestly have to say that this is the best one yet. We have a 7 month old kitten named Mouse, who absolutely loves it and a 3 year old Ragdoll who doesn't seem to impressed with it. You have 3 different ways to customize the flow, Mouse likes the flower with the yellow center removed, so the water bubbles from the top and flows over the petals. The instructions don't tell you how to remove the yellow center, it just unscrews. The pump is very quiet and you have to listen hard to hear it. It has an LED light that lights up the 3/4 of a gallon tank so you can see the water level during the day or night, and makes a good night light. The stainless steel top is attractive, and the entire fountain is very easy to take apart and clean. I have spent as much as $40 in the past for water fountains for our cats, that were not as nice looking and easy to clean as this one for only $16. After examining and using this one for over a week, not only do I highly recommend it, I would suggest also buying extra filters. They come in a box of 6 along with 6 sponge filters to keep hair and other debris out of the pump for only $10.

It's a great product. My cats didn't like it. To be fair, one of cats did have a cone. I gave it to my sister and her cat absolutely LOVES it. He use to drink from the tub faucet only and he warm up to the fountain fast. He also gets really protective when anyone gets close to it, he comes running and just watches over it. Its really cute. I highly recommend it. It was easy to assemble, very quiet, I personally hate the light but thats because im prone to migraines and the blue lights trigger migraines.

I have 6 cats, and used to rely on a gravity waterer for them. They were constantly begging me to turn on the tub so they could drink fresh water right from the tap. I was looking for something to give them that option of flowing water to drink out of, but was having a hard time finding a fountain that combined stainless steel with a large reservoir, that also looked nice and had a decent flow of water, not just bubbling effect. Finally I found this fountain and it is perfect in every way I needed it to be. They absolutely love it and haven't begged me to turn on the tap since I've gotten it. They don't bother with the gravity waterer anymore, either, so I'll probably just replace that with a second one of these. Some of my cats are incredibly picky so that says a lot that they're so infatuated with this fountain. Even my biggest scaredy cat had no issues starting to use this fountain (and he was just hissing at his reflection in the side of the gravity waterer, sooooo......yeah). I also like that they can still access the pooled water if they dont want to drink the stream, and I love that the stainless makes it easy to clean. Then there's the fact that it holds 3L so I don't have to constantly refill it every day, because that lasts them quite a while, even considering the fact that a few are larger breeds (Maine coon). The blue light is subtle yet bright enough to be a night light to show the cats where the water is. It is also very quiet, I can't hear the motor running and there's no sound of water dripping or splashing. The assembly was super easy, it all fits together nice and neat and can be put together in a matter of seconds. Within five minutes of having it out of the box, I had it put together, filled up, and my cats were lined up to check it out. Also, the customer service is excellent if you need it; if you have any questions about cleaning/maintaining the fountain/pump and replacing the filters just send them a message and they'll get right back to you with instructions!

Definitely a good upgrade from the one it replaced (also by Wonder Creature). Much more sleeker and stealthier looking. All three cats here love their fountain. They were used to their previous one and had to eye up this new sheer black model for second. But they quickly learned as they did the first time around. What I really enjoy about this model is that the white flower spout on top offers very accessible streams of water all the way around in a circle. High enough for a cat to catch mid air but also low enough so they can drink it from above as some cats do. Cleans just as well as the original. You will definitely want to stock up on the carbon filters as they gunk up quickly after a few weeks. This one doesn't come with a rubber mat so I just used the one from the previous cat fountain. Place fountain away from food. It's a cat thing but they enjoy water in a special way. This is my second fountain from Wonder Creature. The original fountain still works fine but the pump hasn't been as strong lately (over a year and a half of use). The new fountain's pump definitely has been performing like it's new! These fountains and parts are not expensive so I see it as an easy way to treat the cats to something they appreciate so much. Also, extremely quiet. You don't even notice there's water coming out. I have to check to make sure just because it is SO quiet! Thank you for standing by your products Wonder Creature. Highly recommended!

This fountain is great if you need something urgently, however I would NOT recommend this water fountain for long-term use. Originally after buying this fountain and setting it up, off rip I noticed that the metal water reservoir (essentially the lid of the fountain) didn’t have any way to secure itself to the actual fountain, rather, it just loosely sat on top. Not to mention the power cord being too thick for the piece to fit all the way down as well. The power cord also detaches clear at the USB end, meaning when you go to clean it, you’ll be taking the cord with you. Not to mention how often you will need to clean this. It doesn’t seem to have any type of insulation to keep the water cool, the fountain can also get slimy and is prone to algae build-up so please do be thorough when cleaning! Buying replacement filters is a bit of a pain considering you need to change them every 2-4 weeks (I got mine in a 6 pack for $12) The performance of the filters is questionable. The light level is great and doesn’t cause any disturbances in the night, however as of the 10 month mark of owning this fountain the first thing that went was the light.. then the motor. Kind of? So I keep having to unplug/replug in the fountain (yes, I’ve tried different outlets and battery cubes). It’s usually 50/50 whether the lights goes out, then the water stops running minutes after OR, the water stops, and the light follows. With that said, I would recommend this as a ‘no-other-option’ type-deal. I will not be repurchasing this fountain.
