Now Foods Extra Strength TMG 1,000 mg Tabs, 100 ct

I have been taking this to help with my energy and lower my glucose. This TMG has done just that given me the afternoon boost that I needed and it has help with my insulin sensitivity. It improved my cellular glucose uptake, and supporting liver function to reduce insulin resistance. The pills are kinda big but not a problem. The pills have zero odor and zero taste. The side effect is pure energy because your body is effectively using glucose!

I ordered TMG specifically (and just last night) over my concerns about GLYSOPHATE (aka as the weed killer called "Roundup") in our food supply. Glysophate is used throughout the commercial vegetable plant world because it makes harvesting and storage more efficient and profitable. It also kills insects. But glysophate also permeates our human bodies because it is in absolutely everything we eat that is made from edible grains. Oats, corn, green beans,, etc. Those same glysophated plants are also fed to cows, horses, goats, pigs, etc. Glysophate is in almost everything we eat. Dr. Sophia Smallstorm and others have done extensive research into what glysophate does in the human body, and its bad because glysophate pushes out GLYCINE. Glycine is in our joints and collagen, and when glycine is replaced by glysophate, our joints begin to decompose and fail. Glysophate does a lot of harm in many different ways to our bodies, but there is huge money in Monsanto's Roundup product and if you look into it, you will see that there are some evil people driving Roundup all over the world. What got Dr. Smallstorms attention was the crippling of racehorces at one racetrack in California (2018) - over 200 horses fell on the track in a 12-month period, and all had to be put down. That is a staggering number, and that was only ONE racetrack. After a lot of analysis by her and other research scientists, it was determined that glysophate was most likely the cause of the joint failures. At that point, I recalled the fact that I have three associates who have had knee replacement in the first five months of this year. And I myself am having ligament/tendon issues in my shoulders that just keep popping up, and I am in excellent health and condition. I also eat a lot of oats. Smallstorm mentioned TMG in an interview, so I looked it up and ordered some for glyphosate mitigation. My suggestion is this: if you eat food, you are ingesting glysophate, which will slowly create serious health issues for you in the future, and you will never know that the pesticide "Roundup" in your food is the cause. Glysophate replaces glycine in internal human biological processes because it is identical in composition with one single exception at the atomic level. Glycine, which is vital to human metabolism and performance, gets pushed out and this glysophate dries out our joints, just as it dries out the plants it is sprayed on. TMG, I think and understand from Dr. Smallstorm's research, will help restore normal glycine function in the person who takes TMG. Look it up and do your homework.

Alright, so I found out after genetic testing that I'm MTHFR homozygous 677T. Of course I put myself on methylfolate 15mg (after slowly increasing the dosage until I reached 15mg daily). Also incorporated the B vitamins. Felt better, but not... 100%. I'm not sure how I came across TMG Betaine (not to be confused with betaine hydrochloride). Betaine HCL does not provide the methylation enhancement of TMG (source for that sentence is [...]. Anyway, I started noticing that I'm all of a sudden no longer as irritable, angry at the world, depressed about nothing and I thought to myself.. wow, what's changed?? And I thought about it and it's this vitamin! It's the only thing I've changed. Holy crap people, I can't freaking believe it. I hope this is the answer I've been seeking. I'll continue to post periodic updates. Update 11/11/16, still feel AWESOME!!! I would normally be feeling extra depressed because of the light change and I'm not! This is the first year I've not had symptoms!!! Update 1/4/17: Never felt better in my life! Update 5/5/17: Still A ++ (best winter of my life, didn't need my light box) Update 11/7/17: Coming into another winter, and I feel great. No depression, no sadness. I continue to take 3 a day. As someone with auto -immune problems , I get a good boost of energy at taking 3 a day - I would advise not to take more than that , read up on it if you need to.

I only recently started taking this, but I think it is really helping. I feel like I'm gaining more muscles with the same amount of exercise. So I will definitely keep taking this.

See end for why I didn't give it 5 stars Had to get these for my mom and husband after doctor suggested them. This is the only place on the internet I found them at the strength they needed but not at a health food store which wants over 25 a bottle. A issue is did have is I ordered 2 but they where shipped seperate and one got lost in the mail, almost a week later and it got here. This is the only item I have ordered from Amazon in doubles that was shipped seperate from each other. Why I toke off 2 stars. Not sure what the binding agent in the pills is, but the pills are kept in a area too dry or to moist (so such as a bathroom, or a room simply to dry from the winter weather ) the pills will crack and break apart, they don't crumble, just seem to break along the sides and top. Our solution was to put cotton balls inside the bottle. If you put it in a pill planner tho you have to keep that in mind do they don't split. It's not a extended release tablet however and my doctor said it should be fine to take when cracked but some people may find it hard to take like that because it will have a texture

My mom and sister are both double mutation for MTHFR, and though I don't know my status on this, I wanted to take TMG and active form vitamins just in case. What a difference! Combining this with an active form B complex in the afternoon has been amazing! I am blown away by the energy increase, which I didn't notice taking B complex alone. Never felt so full of energy for each day, and that's with us having a lot more going on than the norm for the last few weeks. I did find the B complex I was taking was too much, so I split the dosage on that and take it with one 1,000 mg capsule of TMG. As a woman, this is enough for me. Men or taller ladies might need more. Many say the pills can come apart, this is due to moisture and I haven't seen a big issue with this myself.

I like the NOW brand and TMG is supposed to greatly enhance methylation and lower homocysteine levels.I take 2 pills a day.
