Comfort Line Spa N A Box Portable Spa

We love this tub. It stands up to our coldest Colorado winter days. Easy to assemble. And since it is small, when you sit on the bottom, the water is perfect shoulder height. I feel it comfortably fits 3 people and would be cozy with 4. I'm not impressed with the top cover that comes with it. It is basically an inflatable intertube that sprung a leak within 2 months and takes on water. Not ideal. Also, the cover is basically a reflective blanket that also cracked in a few months. Next season, I'll need to come up with a more permanent solution. Other than that, this is a fantastic starter unit at a great price that stands up to the cold.

Bought this spa 2 yrs ago. Everything was great........until the pump went out. Called the manufacturer and had a replacement pump sent. This must have been a rebuilt pump because it lasted about 6 mo. That's when the nightmare of finding a new pump began. Searched the web and no luck. Called the number in the instructions and a new company was taking orders and could not fill a request foe an individual pump. Apparently, to get a new pump, you have to purchase a new spa. Don't buy this product ! Buy a better more expensive brand, because you will have to if you purchase a Sp-N-A-Box Spa.

I have owned a spa-in-a-box for almost 3 years and love it. I live in southeastern PA, and in the winter I do need a wind break for it to heat back up after using when temps are below 20°f. I use my hot tub at least daily often twice a day, So I use it hard. I've replaced the pump impeller twice, the blower motor and circuit board once each. Tim from comfort lines is extremely helpful and the parts are very reasonably priced. I've never had success cleaning the filter so I simply replace it every 4-6 weeks whenever I change water. The inflatable cover started springing leaks after about a year and a half. I have since replaced it with a 2" sheet of foam insulation that seems to retain heat much better.

Purchased directly from Stellar Goods. Arrived way earlier than anticipated and my daughter and I put this spa together in less than 30 minutes. Thirty more minutes of fill time and oh, those bubbles......Super easy instructions, heating up as we speak and bubbles everywhere!!!

Best Spa for the money! I’ve had no issues.
