I was pleasantly surprised in the quality and how easy it was to put together. It only takes two bolts, one nut and 4 washers on each side with two cap covers. They are plenty of extra pieces left over too. The silicone white cover with raised edge keeps the water off the bamboo, and the bowls sit securely in side. Everything sits nice and stable. It has rubber feet to protect your floors.I am very pleased with my purchased and highly recommend it. This is actually my THIRD raised pet feeder/water dish I have tried, and happy to say I have finally found the perfect one! What makes it different from all the others I have tried is the capability of adjusting the height levels, the silicone mat for spillage, and the extra bowls are a plus. The nice heavy-duty bamboo wood design is stylish as well.

My complaint with this feeder is that the silicone top is designed to go over the bowls, and that makes it much more inconvenient to take them out to fill or to clean. If you want it to be put together properly, then you either have to partially disassemble it to get the bowl out or you have to use a cup or something to fill with water. The water also gets trapped under the silicone top portion, so we've ended up just not using it or setting the bowls on top of it, which causes them to stick up about a half inch to one inch and not be as stable. (Something you don't want when using for water.) Overall, I give this design a hearty "meh."

Our Standard Poodle went off his feed so my wife and I started looking for solutions. One thing that made sense is that when larger dogs eat from a bowl on the floor that it can cause their throats to partially close. So we looked for an elevated dog feeding station. We looked on Amazon and decided that the Adjustable Raised Pet Dog Feeder seemed the best solution at a reasonable price. We're glad we did pick this feeder because of it's good looks, sturdy build and functionality. The manufacturer thought of everything including plastic rings for the dog bowls to make sure liquids don't drip through the bottom of the wood stand. We strongly recommend this elevated feeder.

I have used quite a few dog feeders, but this is the best. Some of the reasons I am writing up thispurchase are listed below. I've never done this before but felt this is a "winner" and I'd like to supportthis company. They are the best!! I received my second one yesterday and this one took me less timeto assemble. Sooooo easy!!!-adjustable height-wood not plastic-doesn't slip around on the floor as it as little gadgets in each corner which doesn't allow slipping-extremely easy to assemble - 10 - 15 minutes at the most-it looks great-includes 2 extra bowls-first one my Queensland Heeler/Bassett mix hasn't been able to tip over or move at all-no messes of spilled waterI hope you enjoy this as much as my dog does.

I had an any issue in the summer months and they were attracted to the food bowl and the mess my 3 cats make. I needed something that kept the food bowl off the ground while keeping the food crumbs and food in the bowl or on the tray.. This feeder may or may not be a little too big for your needs but I liked it for a few reasons..1. You don't have to completely fill the bowls if they are to big for your needs (no over feeding)2. It comes with spare bowls3. It looks nicer then some of the plastic feeders you will find.4. It's adjustable. The lowest setting is low enough for my 3 cats.5. The tray the bowls sit in have a lip so there's no run off, and it's removable /washableI purchased a silicone mat for it to sit on top of as my cats like to take their food out of the bowl and eat it in front of the food bowl leaving crumbs.I just fill both food bowls 50% if the way as I use a water fountain.Highly recommend this product for the functionality and the overall look.

I absolutely loved the look and the design of the feeding tray. The attention to detail was superb. There was a small issue with the box not fitting the contents properly, so the screws were just rattling around the amazon box on delivery. Fortunately for us, the screws didn't fall out of the amazon box.We would have loved to have kept this setup, but it just wasn't large enough for Apollo. We purchased this setup for our brand new baby Great Dane, and the size right out of the box was not conducive to his growth rate. The size of the bowls just barely would be able to handle his current consumption, but wouldn't last a month at his growth.Like I said, this design is gorgeous, and it would be a perfect setup for a small to medium sized dog, just not the behemoth that Apollo will grow to be.

my dog has never drank water like a normal dog - its like for some odd reason he had a super shallow bowl when he was a pup perhaps - he's a rescue we've had for about 13 years now... he had two girl buddies when he moved in with us and he was the youngest - but he's always had this oddity about drinking and chokes when he drinks usually. so with the raised plastic molded bowls we've used for about 20 years he'd slurp water all over and it would get in underneath the bowl and with the healthy teeth additive we put in for his aged brittle teeth it turns the water green so was a bigger pain to clean out all the time. I've seen some water on the top silicone edged cover which tells me its going there instead of all over anywhere else - and when we take the water bowl out to refill & clean its just great. Plus peeling up the cover to put his food bowl in twice a day is a snap and it works totally as advertised. Nicely packaged, extra parts, really great! Looks very nice & takes up less space than the old one, and i love that it doesnt skid on the tile floor. The silicone ring placed under the outer bowl edge keeps them snug and real quiet.
