Foolproof, authentic and delicious recipes
This book is a beautiful collection of recipes. It really comes across that Heifa’s cooking is a labour of love for her culture and heritage. I have made almost half of the recipes in the book now, and every single one has turned out brilliantly. I can’t wait for books 2, 3, 4 and the rest!

Excellent book with easy to follow recipes
This was bought to gift someone but arrived bent. Such a shame as it’s a great book with easy to follow and plentiful recipes. Nice pictures too. It isn’t hardback. Ended up keeping the book myself as I couldn’t gift it.

Not what I was.hoping for
I had such high hopes for this book. I follow the lady on social media was hoping for something a.little.different. Unfortunately it didn't deliver. I feel some of the other middle eastern cook books I own are better.
